Gavin & Gimli

Gavin & Gimli

Gavin & Gimli

Rescue:

Gavin and his brother Gimli came to Pet Patrol on a sunny afternoon in the early fall. They
were born in May to a feral mother cat and had been part of a colony of cats that live on a rural
property. The owner is diligent in rescuing any abandoned or farm cats that migrate to her
country estate, some coming from great distances to find food and shelter. When the woman
realizes there have been kittens born, she seeks out the nest and once they are old enough to
leave mom she brings them into the house so they can be socialized. Being raised in a
family home helps them become adoptable as they receive a lot of love and hands on attention.
These boys are lovely. They had been cared for, cuddled, are easy to pick up and very
friendly with people. Gavin and his brother Gimli are ready to be adopted into their forever
home. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.

Personality:

Gavin and Gimli are two affectionate and playful brothers with a lot of love to give! Gavin is the
natural leader, brave and full of curiosity. He loves nothing more than pets and cuddles. Gimli
is a bit shyer, and he takes a bit of time to warm up to new people. It is suspected he had a tail
injury which caused him some discomfort initially but is doing fine now. Once you earn his trust
he is just as loving and affectionate as his brother! The two are very active and playful. It’s so
funny to watch them chase each other around! Lots of fun and warm cuddles are in your future
if you take these boys home. Gavin and Gimli are ready to be adopted into their forever
home. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoor
