Rescue:

The sister of one of Pet Patrol’s volunteers, has farm properties that she rents. Sometimes
cats will take up residence there after traveling for some distance. Perhaps the farm they are
from is now overpopulated with other cats, there is limited or no food put out for them, or
perhaps they were abandoned out there. For Capri’s mother Clover, she was found in the barn
with her three little kittens. They were huddled in the hayloft. The weather was changing, and
they were trying to find warmth and they were very frightened. Luckily the woman who rents
the barn, regularly keeps an eye out for cats. There are no other animals in the building to
produce heat and there is no feed to attract rodents that the cats can hunt. They are alone.
Our volunteer quickly went out and brought in Clover and her kittens, Caramel, Capri and Copper.
All have thrived in our care

Personality:

Capri is a fiery little girl! Her favorite thing to do is play. She plays well with her siblings, with
her human friends and by herself. When Capri plays there is no stopping her, she’s a little
firecracker and she loves anything she can chase, catch and pounce on. This petite little cat
is an independent girl, but also enjoys the company of other animals and people. She also
loves food and is highly motivated, so anyone who has treats is her best friend! Capri would
be a great addition to any household with proper introductions and allowing her time to adjust
to all the changes. She is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome
her into the family with a playmate and keep her safely indoors..
