Rescue:

Mai and Mika came in to Pet Patrol after a very sad situation. They were both adopted off
of an Internet buy and sell site as tiny kittens. This site has kittens and cats for free and
can be given away to anyone. Unfortunately advertised as unwanted cats, Mika was brought
into a home when she was just eight weeks old and Mai was brought in at only five weeks
old. Too young to be taken away from her mother. Their owner loved them, and cared for
them and was respectful, but unfortunately passed away suddenly and the family was unable
to care for the cats. It was a struggle for them to cope with the loss of their son and
brother and to sort through his home to have it ready for sale. After Mai and Mika came in
to Pet Patrol care they have shown us what lovely cats they are. They are deserving of a
dependable and secure home.

Personality:

Mai is a beautiful classic tabby. Which means that her stripes are wide and create a swirl
pattern on her side. Cats with these markings are gorgeous. She also has the deepest
auburn eyes we have ever seen. She makes herself known to her new people once she
settles in, and is very happy to be pet and cuddled. She is playful and outgoing with her toys
and with her BFF Mika. It would be lovely for them to be adopted together into their new
home. They are used to sleeping together, following each other around and sharing everything.
Mai is ready to be adopted into her forever home with Mika. One that will welcome
them into the family and keep them safely indoors
