Muffin

Rescue:

Muffin’s story began when he found himself on a quiet twoacre property surrounded by farmland.
The homeowners heard a tiny kitten crying loudly from their back porch and went outside to
investigate. Instead of running away, the frightened little kitten allowed them to gently pick him up.
He had several scrapes and cuts on his face, leading everyone to believe he may have fallen from
a passing vehicle or somehow become separated from wherever he had come from. Despite
everything he had been through, Muffin never hissed or tried to fight—he simply seemed scared
and relieved to be safe. Knowing they weren’t in a position to raise a young kitten, the elderly
couple reached out to a friend connected with Pet Patrol, and before long, Muffin was welcomed
into our care, where his new life could finally begin.

Personality:

Muffin may have had a lonely start, but it didn’t take long for him to find where he belonged. When
he first arrived, he seemed worried about being all alone, so he was introduced to a mother cat
caring for kittens his own age. It took him a little time to settle in, but before long he was happily
nursing alongside his new siblings as though he had always been part of the family. Since then, his
playful, loving personality has continued to shine. Muffin is easy to pick up, enjoys spending time
with people, and loves joining in on all the fun with his kitten friends. Sweet, gentle, and full of
playful charm, Muffin is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into
the family and keep him safely indoors.
