Rescue:

Pet Patrol was contacted by a woman who reached out on behalf of a friend who has helped
rescue and foster cats for Pet Patrol in the past. She was concerned about several cats living on a
rural farm and hoped some could be brought into care. Minnie grew up on the country property
where she had lots of interaction with the family and their children, spending much of her time
around the farm buildings and yard. She is the daughter of Snowflake, who had a litter about a year
ago. Recently Minnie was found to be in very rough condition, pregnant and suffering from a
serious eye injury. Wanting to help her immediately, the woman brought Minnie into her home and
sought veterinary care. After visits to the vet and careful monitoring, arrangements were made for
Minnie to come into Pet Patrol’s care so she could safely deliver her kittens and receive the medical
treatment she needs.

Personality:

True to her name, Moxie is a colorful little firecracker! This adorable calico girl with the freckle on
her nose has zero shortage of confidence. She often leads the way into new adventures with her
littermates, eagerly exploring new spaces and investigating anything that catches her eye. When
she isn’t zooming across the room chasing a crinkle ball, she’s climbing into your lap for a hardearned nap. Moxie is ready to bring a big burst of color and affection into your home. She would be
especially happy to be adopted along with one of her littermates: Mochi, Maisie, Milo, Mickey,
Marvin, or Munch.
