Rescue:
Paris is a resilient black cat who has already proven just how strong and gentle he is. Believed to
have been abandoned at the beginning of winter, he survived harsh snowstorms by finding shelter
under neighbours’ decks and returning daily for food and familiarity. Despite everything he’s been
through, Paris has shown a kind and trusting side. He would gently eat soft food right from your
fingers and has never shown aggression—only a quiet hiss when he feels unsure. He seems to find
comfort in the presence of people, enjoying the sound of voices and remaining calm even during
car rides. Paris is now safe in Pet Patrol’s care
Personality:
Paris has come a long way from his time outdoors and is truly beginning to enjoy the comforts of
indoor life. With a soft place to sleep and a full belly every day, he’s settling in beautifully and
learning that he’s safe. He has discovered that he loves gentle ear and chin scratches and is
becoming more trusting of people with each passing day. Paris also really enjoys the company of
other cats—you’ll often find him curled up beside them, rubbing against them, or quietly observing
as they play. He has a sweet, calm nature and tends to prefer higher perches where he can watch
everything going on around him. While he may not be the first to jump into the action, he’s always
nearby, taking it all in. Paris would do best in a home with another friendly cat to help him continue
building confidence. With a little time and patience, he will reward you by becoming a loyal and
loving companion—your quiet, steady best buddy.
