Rescue:
Kraemer’s journey to safety began when a local rescuer stepped in to help during a difficult
moment. Born in a small village, this concerned kitty had been living outdoors and was being fed by
a kind woman in the community. Though the cat would occasionally venture inside her home, she
was unable to commit to having an indoor or outdoor cat longterm. Earlier one week, the cat was
humanely rescued, neutered through a TNR program, and was meant to move into foster care.
Unfortunately, those plans fell through, leaving the rescuer with an impossible choice: release
Kraemer back outside in harsh winter weather, or find another safe solution. Refusing to release
him and putting him at risk, she kept him warm and secure in a heated garage while reaching out
for help. Pet Patrol was contacted to provide this deserving boy with warmth, safety, and the
chance to continue learning that humans can be kind.
Personality:
Kraemer is a sweet and playful boy who truly shines in the company of both cats and people. He
may be a little shy at first, but with some patience, gentle encouragement, and a few head
scratches, his affectionate personality quickly comes through. Kraemer loves being around other
cats and easily adapts to different personalities—cuddling with calm companions or playfully
chasing more energetic friends. He enjoys roaming the house, watching the world from the window,
napping in warm cozy spots, and settling in for a good petting session where he’ll happily flop over
in contentment. With his easygoing nature and kind heart, Kraemer would do best in a calm home
with another friendly cat to keep him company. Kraemer is ready to be adopted into his forever
home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
