Rescue:
Juliet & Juniper’s mother cat, Iris, was a community cat. She came from a small town where
cats are regularly dumped off. We are not sure if she was brought to this remote village as
a teenager or if she was born to a street cat that already lived there. She is a lovely girl and
has been a very good and attentive mother to her kittens. This community has a lot of cat
lovers in it and they make a point of rescuing the friendly cats and having the feral ones
spayed or neutered. Iris came with her five kittens and they took refuge under one woman’s
back deck. As soon as she saw the kittens running around on her lawn, darting in and out of
the plants and chasing the occasional bug, she knew they needed to be rescued. Although
she wasn’t able to pet them at first, that came with time and patience. Iris and her little
feline family came into Pet Patrol care when the kittens were about seven weeks old.
Personality:
Little Juliet and Juniper are two tiny furballs of joy! They love to do everything together, from
napping in each other’s arms, to wrestling playfully, to eating from the same bowl of food.
Juliet (black and white) is the calm, sweet and protective one who is always keeping an eye
out for her sister. Juniper (tabby) is curious, full of life, and loves to chase her tail. They’re
still getting used to being held, but will reward you with beautiful purrs if you’re patient and
gentle. Together they make the perfect pair that will add so much love to their lucky forever
home. These two pretty girls are ready to be adopted into their forever home. One that will
welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
