Renee

Rescue:

Pet Patrol was contacted by a woman who was concerned about her daughter’s quickly growing
cat population at home. She had originally adopted two kittens — one male and one female — but
without being spayed or neutered, the number of cats soon multiplied. Renee Tailwagger was one
of the playful kittens born in the home among many feline friends. What began as just two
companions had grown into a household of fourteen friendly felines, all living indoors and used to
children, attention, and affection. Knowing that this was more than her daughter could manage, the
family reached out for help. Over the course of two weeks, the cats and kittens were brought into
Pet Patrol’s care in small groups. Each one received a full veterinary check, including spay or
neuter surgery, and then was welcomed into the sanctuary or foster homes. Thanks to this family’s
willingness to seek support and Pet Patrol’s quick response, Renee Tailwagger now has the chance
to find a safe, loving forever home — with the comfort and care she deserves.

Personality:

Renee is a friendly and playful girl who loves being part of the action. She gets along wonderfully
with children and enjoys chasing toys, exploring her surroundings, and joining in on whatever fun is
happening. While she’s happy to spend time with everyone, she does like to choose her special
people for cuddles — once she decides you’re one of them, she’ll show you her sweet and
affectionate side. Renee is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her
into the family and keep her safely indoors.
