Rescue:

Calista, a beautiful calico, and her two kittens, Cooper and his special needs
sibling, were being
cared for by a retired woman who had a big heart for animals. Despite struggling with COPD and
asthma, she faithfully looked after the little family, making sure they were fed, safe, and loved. Her
family supported her efforts, with her daughter and granddaughter eventually welcoming the kitten
with cerebral hypoplasia into their own home, where he continues to thrive. After being raised in
such a caring environment, Calista and Cooper came into Pet Patrol’s care to begin the next part of
their journey. Though their rescuer would have loved to keep them, her allergies and limited
finances made it impossible. With her blessing, and her wish for them to have the best life possible,
Calista and Cooper are now safe, healthy, and ready to find forever homes filled with the same love
and kindness they’ve always known.

Personality:

Cooper is a bright, happy go lucky
little guy who wants nothing more than to be by your side.
Curious and brave, he’s always ready to join in whatever you’re doing, following along with eager
steps. Playful and interactive, Cooper thrives on attention and loves being picked up and carried
around, purring deeply in your ear while giving sweet kitty kisses. He’s affectionate, people focused,
and quick to charm with his cheerful nature. Whether chasing toys, exploring new spaces,
or curling up for cuddles, Cooper’s greatest joy is being close to his people and sharing every
moment. Cooper is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the
family and keep him safely indoors.
