Braxi

Braxi

Braxi

Rescue:

Braxi and her brother Buttons were barn kittens where the woman is trying to keep her cat
colony controlled through spaying and neutering all the barn cats. She herself has had
several back surgeries and now unfortunately is walking bent over and struggling to care
for the cats and her 90 something year old mother. A neighbour had been feeding the cats
for her, but also taking the kittens without her knowledge and selling them. They were not
vet checked or vaccinated and he was making a bit of pocket change out of a sad situation.
The woman was not happy about this and asked for assistance from Pet Patrol in
rescuing the kittens and finding them proper homes. Braxi and Buttons were far too young
to be taken from their mother, little Braxi did not even know how to eat food yet and
needed to be bottle fed for the first week. But both have become happy and healthy kittens
now.

Personality:

What fun these two have had exploring their new foster home! Braxi and Buttons were
thrilled to feel carpet under their little feet, something they had not experienced before.
They scooted around the room and then discovered the stairs, now a favourite place to
play. They are loving and affectionate little kittens, who don’t mind being picked up and
cuddled. They can easily be carried around and even like their bellies rubbed. Toys are a new
adventure every day, Once they learned how to climb up on the bed and couch, they
created another fun spot to play or flop down for a good nap. Braxi and her brother Buttons
are very attached to each other and are ready to be adopted into their forever home together.
One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
