Rescue:

Momma Bellina came from a traditional farm where Siamese cats were being bred in the barn. The
cats had access to a heated, relatively clean area for shelter but were also free to roam the
property. Bellina, a black cat who had originally shown up on her own, was eventually included in
the breeding as well. Unfortunately, there was far less interest in adopting black kittens, and after
her second litter struggled to find homes, it became clear that something needed to change. Bellina
eventually came into Pet Patrol’s care with her five kittens Birdie, Bernadette, Benny, Bonita, and
BamBam finally bringing her days of producing litter after litter to an end. The whole family was
given the care and medical attention they needed and are ready live the life of luxury.

Personality:

Bernadette is a sweet little girl with a big personality and plenty to say! She enthusiastically greets
her people the moment they come near, usually accompanied by one of her lively little
conversations. Bernadette loves attention and happily soaks up pets and scratches, but she also
has plenty of playful kitten energy and enjoys having fun with her siblings. Social, affectionate, and
wonderfully chatty, Bernadette is ready to be adopted into her forever home—one that will welcome
her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
