Rescue:

Juni’s story began with the sound of tiny meows on a quiet summer morning. After recently moving
into their home, her rescuer stepped onto the back deck and was surprised to discover several tiny
kitten heads peeking up from beneath it. Unsure whether their mother was still caring for them, she
set up a camera and monitored the little family for several days. Their mother did return at first, and
every effort was made to gain her trust, but after she disappeared for more than twelve hours and
the nights began turning colder, it became clear the kittens needed help. By then, Juni and her
siblings had started venturing out from beneath the deck, climbing onto it and nibbling at the food
left out for their mom. Juni was gently scooped up and brought safely indoors, where she quickly
discovered that people weren’t so scary after all. Before long, she and her siblings had settled into
indoor life and were happily enjoying all the love, warmth, and attention they had been missing.
Now safe in Pet Patrol’s care, Juni is ready to find the forever home she deserves.

Personality:

Juni may be petite, but this classic tabby has enough confidence and curiosity to make up for her
small size! The bravest of the bunch, she is remarkably unfazed by household noises and will
happily march over to investigate unfamiliar sounds—even the vacuum doesn’t scare her. Juni is
always eager to connect with her people and is usually one of the first to greet you, rubbing
affectionately against your legs before climbing up to use your shoulders as her own personal
lookout tower. Whether she’s leading her siblings into their next adventure, investigating something
new, or joining in a playful tumble, Juni approaches life with confidence and enthusiasm. Sweet,
social, and wonderfully adventurous, Juni is ready to be adopted into her forever home—one that
will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
