Rescue:
The B kittens Bandit, Buzz, Banks, Bonbon, Beverly, and Beatrice came from a very determined
mama cat who had spent years outsmarting every rescue attempt made on her behalf. A woman
who helps with cat rescue in a small town had been feeding and watching over this extremely feral
cat for years, hoping to bring her to safety before she had yet another litter. Despite her best efforts,
the clever mama always managed to avoid the traps. Each year she would raise two or three litters
of kittens outdoors, and while the kittens could be rescued, socialized, and placed into loving
homes, their mother remained one step ahead. Finally, the rescuer decided to try a remotecontrolled trap that could be left open until the cat was safely inside before being closed with the
push of a button. At last, the plan worked. Mama cat was safely captured, and her final litter of six
kittens was brought into care as well. Although the kittens were understandably nervous at first, it
didn’t take long for them to realize that people bring food, toys, comfort, and affection. Before long,
they were socializing beautifully and discovering just how wonderful indoor life could be.
Personality:
Banks may be a little reserved when you first meet him, but once he settles in and feels
comfortable, his playful and affectionate personality quickly shines through. This sweet boy is an
accomplished climber who loves exploring every cat tree, perch, and highup vantage point he can
find. Curious and adventurous, Banks enjoys chasing toys, wrestling with his siblings, and
investigating anything that catches his attention. After all the excitement, he happily transforms into
a snuggly companion, curling up with his siblings for a nap and soaking up gentle pets and butt
scratches from his favourite people. His loud purrs and sweet little kisses are his way of showing
just how much he appreciates the love and attention. With his gentle nature, playful spirit, and
affectionate heart, Banks is a wonderful combination of adventure and cuddles. Banks is ready to
be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely
indoors.
