Rescue:
Romeo and Juliet came into Pet Patrol’s care from the same barn where over fifty cats have
already been rescued. They were finally brought to safety on a freezing cold day and was found to
be suffering from a severe upper respiratory infection. Juliet was started on antibiotics right away,
and with proper care and warmth, she made a full recovery and is now healthy. Leaving the barn
behind marked an important turning point for this little girl, giving her the chance to heal, grow
stronger, and begin life indoors where she belongs.
Personality:
Romeo and Juliet are an incredibly devoted bonded pair whose love for each other is impossible to
miss. Romeo is the confident, affectionate big brother who greets everyone with happy meows and
loud purrs the moment they walk into the room. He adores attention, loves curling up for snuggles,
and is always ready to chase springs and toy balls around with playful enthusiasm. Juliet is much
more petite and timid, but with Romeo by her side, her confidence continues to grow every day.
She finds great comfort in him, and if she wakes up and can’t find Romeo nearby, she immediately
starts crying and searching for him until they’re reunited again. Watching their bond is truly
heartwarming. Juliet enjoys playing, gentle affection, and following Romeo’s lead, while Romeo
happily reassures and comforts his little sister. Together, they bring the perfect balance of
sweetness, playfulness, and companionship, and they are looking for a forever home where they
can stay together always. Romeo and Juliet are ready to be adopted into their forever home. One
that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
