I wanted to say thank you.
For a long time, I thought hurting was just part of life outside. I didn’t realize how much pain I was actually living with every single day until the nice people at Pet Patrol started helping me.
Now that my mouth is feeling better, I can eat comfortably, sleep more peacefully, and honestly… I think I’m starting to feel like a whole new cat.
It turns out having rotten teeth removed makes a big difference. Who knew? 😼
I’m still a bit of a tough old street boy. I don’t totally trust this whole “indoor life” thing yet, but I’m trying my best. The people here keep feeding me yummy food, giving me soft places to sleep, and reminding me that I don’t have to survive all on my own anymore.
And the strangest part?
So many people cared enough to help me.
A scruffy old tomcat who spent years wandering around outside.
I don’t really know what to say except… thank you. Truly.
Thank you for helping take my pain away. Thank you for giving me a chance to slow down, rest, and maybe even learn what it feels like to be loved.
I’m trying my best. 💙
