Meadow

Rescue:

Pet Patrol received an email about a young cat named Meadow from a man living in a small town
along a busy main street. During a stretch of cold, wet weather he discovered the starving cat
outside and brought her in so she could eat and rest safely for a while. Hoping she might belong to
someone, he posted online and searched for an owner, but after two weeks no one came forward
to claim her. Unfortunately he was unable to keep her in the home longterm, so he reached out to
Pet Patrol for help. Meadow was soon brought into our care where she could finally be warm, safe,
and receive the attention she needed after her difficult time surviving outdoors.

Personality:

Meadow is a confident and loving girl who brings a perfect balance of affection and independence.
She is incredibly friendly without being demanding, happy to spend time with her people while still
enjoying her own space. Meadow responds to her name and will eagerly come running for pets,
greeting you with loud purrs, gentle head bumps, and the occasional little kiss. Curious and
interactive, she likes to stay busy throughout the day—alternating between cozy naps in tucked away beds and perching up high to watch the birds outside. She especially loves spring toys and
enjoys play sessions with wand and string toys. Meadow seems to prefer the company of female
cats but would also be perfectly happy as the center of attention in a home of her own. Meadow is
ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her
safely indoors.
