Rescue:
Pet Patrol received a message from a caseworker who was helping one of her clients rehome
several cats. The home was located in a busy area of townhouses and apartment buildings, and
while the cats were gently handled by children and accustomed to living with other cats, there were
simply too many. What initially sounded like a small group in need turned out to be a lovely mother
cat, Kailani, and her teenage kittens—Kaipo, Kiola, and Kielee. To prevent any further litters, the
family had been responsibly separated to the basement, away from an unneutered male cat in the
home. While this was a thoughtful step, it meant they were missing out on the interaction and
enrichment of a full household. When they arrived in Pet Patrol’s care, they quickly showed just
how sweet, gentle, and friendly they are, ready to experience a more enriched life and find loving
homes of their own.
Personality:
Kielee is a friendly and curious girl who enjoys being around her people and will happily come over
for pets and snuggles. She has a playful side and loves a variety of toys, especially the ball tower
and cat wands, happily joining in when it’s time for fun. Kielee also enjoys climbing cat trees and
finding cozy spots to relax, whether that’s tucked into a little cat house or curled up next to her
siblings. With her sweet, social nature and playful energy, she is a lovely companion who brings
both affection and fun into the home. Kielee is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that
will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
