Narissa

Narissa

Narissa

Rescue:

Narissa’s story begins in a quiet old town, where a longtime Pet Patrol volunteer had heard through
the grapevine about five cats left behind outside a home. An elderly woman who had lived there
had moved into a nursing home, and sadly, her family had simply left the cats behind—no food, no
water, just an empty, rundown house. The cats sought shelter wherever they could, braving the
weather and waiting for help. The volunteer, who lives close by
and has fostered many cats over the years, began making daily trips to feed them and gain their
trust. Narissa was one of the lucky ones. She accepted the kindness, and soon, she was brought
safely into Pet Patrol’s care. Still as regal as ever, she’s now warm, well fed,
and ready for her
forever home. A few of the other cats have since been rehomed, though two remain outside and the
volunteer continues her mission to bring them all to safety.

Personality:

Narissa is a confident and affectionate cat who quickly settles in, and claims the crown, as queen
of the household. She’s a total chatterbox, politely asking for the attention this cute girl deserves. Her
favourite pastime? Napping in the most prominent and comfortable spots she can find: the middle
of the floor, the sofa, your bed, wherever her royal self chooses. Narissa thrives on chin scratches
and would love to be spoiled as the only cat in a calm, loving home where she can truly reign.
Narissa is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and
keep her safely indoors.
