ADOPTION PROFILE

Babee

Babee

Babee

Rescue:

This little kitty was called Babee by the people who raised her. She came from a fairly
wealthy home; the family was kind and the children are very respectful of the pets in the
house. When their female cat had yet another litter, they raised them and found homes for
them, but kept Babee with them for a little while longer. She was the runt of the litter and
just needed a little more time and patience to make sure she continued to thrive. They
tossed around the idea of keeping her, but instead rehomed her to a fella who knows about
Pet Patrol and what we do for the over population of cats. He himself, is not of great
means and already had four cats. He was concerned about having a fifth and was going
into the hospital soon to have surgery. He asked if Babee could find her forever home
through Pet Patrol so he knew she would be well looked after. Soon she was on her way
into our care.

Personality:

Babee is a shy and quiet kitten but when she gets to know you, she will purr happily in your
lap. She likes to be pet and can be bribed with cat treats easily. As a playful kitten she
likes to chase her foster sibling, Mishu, and play kitty soccer with balls with bells, back and
forth between them. Wand toys and climbing the cat tree create cat like skills and agility
which is very entertaining for everyone. Foster parents often find her sleeping on a cozy
chair with her buddy, or tucked inside a kitty tunnel. Added excitement is watching the birds
outside from the safety of the window sill. She has been around gentle children but may
not like a lot noise and commotion, or people who are trying to pick her up quickly. With
resident cats and dogs she has been fine as long as there is a slow integration. Babee is
ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and
keep her safely indoors
