Rescue:
Chip, Panda. Houdini, and Tux are all kittens that were born in a chicken coop owned by a
woman who lives kitty corner to another farm property. Over the last five or ten years she has
watch the cats from the farm property migrate over to her property to have their kittens. Even
though there were a lot of trailers, dumpsters, skids piled up etc. for make shift shelter, more
often than not they were housed in her chicken coop. The people living on the farm were not
considerate of the cats at all and really didn’t have any use for them. Eventually the woman
took it upon herself to start spaying and neutering any of the cats that came onto her property.
She has fixed more than 45 cats at her own cost and all of the kittens she has found homes for
or have been brought into Pet Patrol care. For Chip and his siblings, they were not in very
good health when they arrived at her shop, but she took good care of them before they came
to Pet Patrol.
Personality:
Chip is a curious cat who loves climbing the kitty climber, shelves and the top of the dresser.
He likes to see what is going on from a birds eye view but will also want to observe things from
the ground level and up. He is playful and fun loving, and likes to clown around with the other
foster cats. Chip is the king of belly rubs, he just loves them, and will stretch out and take it all
in. He is easy to pick up and cuddle and will be good company in an adult home. This handsome
black and white boy is ready to be adopted into his forever home with a playmate. One
that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors
