ADOPTION PROFILE

Howie

Howie

Howie

Rescue:

Howie came from a country property where the owner had sought out help for the many
kittens that were born there last year. They were smart and had all the adult cats spayed
or neutered but there always seems to be one mother cat who cannot be rescued like the
others. That cat ends up having a litter of kittens in the spring. Howie’s momma was pretty
smart though, as she brought her babies to the back door of the house once they were big
enough. She was looking for help. The area was not safe for such tiny ones to be roaming
around outside as they could find themselves in life threatening situations. The owners
brought the babies inside and into Pet Patrol care, and the mother has since been spayed
and being pretty feral returned to the friendly farm.

Personality:

Howie’s personality matches his cuteness. He is very sweet, adorable, and now a happy go
lucky kitten. Not being handled from the minute he was born he was initially a little skittish
when his environment was changed. But now he is much better with his people and enjoys
a nice cuddle but he is also quite spunky. Like all kittens he is very playful, adventurous and
likes to explore new rooms and see where everything is. Any toy that moves, bounces,
crinkles or disappears under the couch like a laser pen light is happily played with. He has a
sweet disposition but also spirited and charms everyone he meets. Howie is ready to be
adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep
him safely indoors
