ADOPTION PROFILE

Tetley

Tetley

Tetley

Rescue:

A family had just moved into their new house in December and were busy putting things
away and making it their own. They had a lot of boxes stored in the garage until they could
organize the furniture and finally put everything away. One day when the woman opened
the door from the house into the garage she caught a glimpse of a little cat scooting across the
floor. It disappeared behind a stack of chairs and a few suitcases. Startled, the woman
wondered where the cat came from, then realized it had squeezed underneath the mostly
closed garage door. Eventually they heard the mews of tiny kittens and saw Cricket scramble
up the shelves to a small hole in the ceiling. She had given birth to a litter of kittens up
there (Tetley Timothy, Taro and Tiny). Once the babies reached six weeks of age, they
were found running around the garage having fun, and that is when the couple began feeding
them. A few weeks later they brought Cricket into Pet Patrol care and the kittens a little
while later. All are safe and sound now.

Personality:

Tetley is a very sweet boy who likes the attention and cuddles from his foster mom. He can
be strong willed: decides he wants to go somewhere or see something and is determined to
do so! But he is very fun loving and adventurous. He is interested in the other pets in the
house, and will climb the baby gate to see the resident cats. A little more cautious with the
dog, but he can be found sitting in front of the gate studying the pup. Tetley is bonded with
his brother Timothy and has helped him gain confidence. They will call out to each other ,
sounding like tiny raptors with their high-pitched trills. The boys are ready to be adopted
into their forever home. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely
indoors
