Rescue:
Lizzy is a very sweet and affectionate cat who is great with people and other pets as well.
She is one of the feline survivors of the street and she is very lucky. Just outside the city is
a large feed mill and cats will congregate there daily. Where there is grain, there are mice
and therefore food opportunities for cats. One lady has taken it upon herself to put proper
cat food out for them daily. In return the cats trust her and she has gotten to know their
personalities. Lizzy was one of the friendliest in the colony. The woman noticed that Lizzy
was pregnant and she had the kittens before she could be rescued. When the nest was
found only one little kitty was still alive, and he and Lizzy were taken to the woman’s home.
About a week later she found two abandoned kittens and this wonderful momma cat took
them under her wing as well. Lizzy is a gem
Personality:
When she first came into Pet Patrol care, Lizzy wasn’t too sure what to make of things, but
she did lighten up when she saw the other cats. She was happy to see cats and kittens and
made herself right at home. Playing with toys was new for her, but she caught on pretty
quickly, and she is really enjoying the soft beds and sunbeams streaming through the windows.
Lizzy is a very nice little cat who deserves to have a happy forever home. One that
will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
