Aubrey

Rescue:

Pet Patrol received a call from a woman who had spent many years helping cats in her small village
and continues to lend a hand whenever she can. Little Aubrey’s journey began when she was
spotted outside a local grocery store, darting along the roadway while chasing a plastic bag.
Concerned for her safety, a kind person quickly scooped her up and brought her somewhere safe
before reaching out for help. The woman immediately took Aubrey into her care and began
searching for her family, posting on local social media pages and following up on possible leads.
One person thought they knew where Aubrey might belong, but after visiting the property, there
were no signs that cats lived there, and Aubrey showed no indication that it was her home. As the
search continued, no owner ever came forward. It soon became clear that Aubrey had been fending
for herself. Hungry, thirsty, and in need of care, she settled quickly into the comfort and safety of
foster care, where she could finally relax and leave her worries behind.

Personality:

Aubrey is an absolute sweetheart with an easygoing, affectionate personality that makes her
impossible not to love. She enjoys being picked up and carried around and happily soaks up
attention from the people around her. In fact, she seems quite content to share her space with her
humans whenever possible and has all the makings of a wonderful lap cat. While toys were a bit of
a mystery when she first arrived, Aubrey quickly discovered how much fun playtime can be. She
loves chasing balls with bells, wand toys, and laser pointers, happily showing off her playful side.
Sweet, loving, and wonderfully adaptable, Aubrey is the kind of cat who settles right into your heart.
Aubrey is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and
keep her safely indoors.
