Rescue:

Pet Patrol was contacted by a woman living on a rural property who had long been committed to
managing the cats around her through spaying and neutering. Recently, a new female cat
wandered onto her property from a nearby area and made herself at home. It wasn’t long before it
became clear the cat was pregnant, and with the arrival of spring, kittens soon followed. Wanting to
give them the best chance at a good life, she reached out for help placing them. Della was brought
into Pet Patrol’s care as one of the kittens, arriving with a mild cold and slight eye infection, but
already comfortable being handled and eager for affection.

Personality:

Della is a super affectionate little girl who is never shy about asking for love and attention. She is
very vocal with her humans and absolutely loves being held, cradled, and cuddled close. Della has
a wonderfully sweet personality and is often found snuggled up with her sister Dove, who she
shares a very close bond with. While she does not need to be adopted alongside Dove, she would
certainly love it if the opportunity arose. Along with her cuddly side, Della is also full of zoomies and
playful energy, always ready to run around and have fun. Because of her social personality, Della
would do best in a home with another feline companion to play and bond with. Della wants to be
adopted into a home that will keep her safely indoors.
