Milton

Milton

Rescue:

Pet Patrol welcomed Milton after he appeared in a small rural village where several cats had
recently been seen moving between properties. The area, surrounded by farms and cottage
country, often experiences an influx of cats searching for food and shelter. Unlike some of the more
cautious strays, Milton was immediately friendly and comfortable around people, suggesting he had
likely come from a nearby farm where he had been handled regularly. Recognizing that he would
thrive in a home environment, he was brought into care so he could be kept safe and begin the next
chapter of his life indoors.

Personality:

Calm, relaxed, and full of love—Milton is the definition of easygoing. While still very much a kitten,
his energy leans more toward “cozy day in” than nonstop chaos. His perfect day involves curling up
on a soft blanket near his people, enjoying long, peaceful naps. The moment he hears his name,
though, he’s up and ready—for pets, of course! Milton is the king of the flop, happily rolling onto his
side the second the attention starts, stretching out to soak in every belly rub and face scratch. He
absolutely thrives on affection and is more than happy to settle into your lap, and he’s even starting
to enjoy being held. While he prefers a slower pace, Milton does enjoy short bursts of play,
especially with string toys—though sometimes he’s just as content to watch the action unfold. He
gets along well with other cats but would also be perfectly happy as the centre of attention in a
home of his own. Milton is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him
into the family and keep him safely indoors.
