Rescue:

Pet Patrol received a call from a woman living on a farm in a small village about 20 minutes away.
Just two weeks earlier, we had helped rescue a tiny kitten from the property who was suffering from
breathing issues. This time, the woman was asking for help placing four young cats—Janal, Jagger,
Jonas, and Jorda. While all were friendly and affectionate, thanks to frequent handling by the many
children on the property, we had also observed that some interactions were a bit rough. With no
plans in place to spay or neuter the cats and at least 12 kittens already given away informally, it
was clear the situation would only grow more difficult. Pet Patrol acted quickly and brought the four
cats into care. They settled into the sanctuary with ease and have proven to be social, loving, and
ready for homes of their own—this time, with the care and stability they deserve.

Personality:

Jagger is an incredibly sweet, social boy who would happily spend all day surrounded by his people. He loves to purr, snuggle, and soak up affection, and is always waiting at the door to greet his foster when they come home. Guests are quickly welcomed too, with Jagger warming up almost immediately and offering plenty of purrs and cuddles to his new friends. When he isn’t busy being affectionate, he enjoys playing with string toys and chasing crinkle balls. While his interactions with other cats aren’t yet known, he is very curious whenever he hears the neighbour’s cat meowing and eagerly tries to figure out where his mysterious feline neighbour is hiding. Friendly, affectionate, and happiest with company, Jagger is ready to be adopted into his forever home—one that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
