I think it’s time for one last update.
Remember how scared I was about losing my eye?
I thought everything was going to be different. I worried I wouldn’t be able to play, or chase my brother, or do all the silly kitten things I loved so much.
Well…
It turns out everyone was right.
Life is actually so much better.
My eye doesn’t hurt anymore, and I’ve realized I couldn’t really see very much out of it anyway. Now that it’s gone, I feel happier, more comfortable, and ready to take on the world.
I’ve been running around, playing, wrestling with my brother, and enjoying every single day without that constant pain.
I don’t miss it one bit.
From the bottom of my little heart, thank you.
Thank you for helping me get the surgery I needed. Thank you for giving me a future where I can just be a kitten.
And now for the most exciting news…
My brother and I have become inseparable. 💙
We’ve decided we’re the perfect team, so we’ll be looking for a forever home together! Keep an eye on Pet Patrol’s adoptables page because we’ll be there very soon, ready to find the family we’ve both been dreaming about.
Who knew losing one eye would help me see just how wonderful life could be
