Lancelot & Lilybeth

Rescue:

A woman living out of town contacted Pet Patrol looking for help finding homes for two kittens,
Lilybeth and Lancelot, who had been living with her mother and granddaughter. Unfortunately, the
family’s female cat became pregnant after the male cat in the home was not neutered, resulting in
the unexpected litter. Although there were only two kittens, she still found herself overwhelmed
trying to figure out how to safely and responsibly find them good homes. She worried about
screening people herself and making sure the kittens would be loved, cared for properly, and kept
safe for the rest of their lives. After reaching out to Pet Patrol, she felt relieved knowing the kittens
would receive veterinary care, be carefully matched with adopters, and remain together as the
closely bonded pair they had always been. Wanting the very best for Lilybeth and Lancelot, she
trusted Pet Patrol to help them find the loving forever home they deserve.

Personality:

Sir Lancelot is a sweet little knight in training with a wonderfully adventurous personality. Lilybeth is
a darling little princess with a shy, gentle nature. Together, they make a perfect pair. Lancelot loves
exploring anything new and is brave enough to tackle any of the elaborate mazes built by his foster
family. His favourite activities include chasing the laser pointer, batting at cat wands, and
investigating every toy he can find. Lancelot is also incredibly gentle, especially with his sister,
whom he treats with kindness and courtesy, be it during zoomies or playtime. Lilybeth, meanwhile,
quietly observes everything happening around her, always taking in the world with thoughtful little
eyes before deciding when to join the fun. She absolutely adores her brother and is his faithful
sidekick, whether they’re cuddling together or racing through the halls. Lilybeth easily steals the
spotlight when it comes to cat wand acrobatics, pulling off dramatic aerial flips that leave everyone
laughing. Both kittens are slowly learning that pets can be enjoyable and are already tolerant of
being lovingly carried around by doting children. When they finally relax enough to purr, it’s a fullbody, heartmelting kind of purr. Lancelot and Lilybeth are ready to be adopted into their forever
home. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
