Rescue:

Kit and her siblings come from a rural barn where the cat population quickly grew out of control. It
all began with one unaltered male cat and a stray female who was abandoned there. Over time, the
situation spiraled, leaving a retired woman and her adult son—who faces health challenges—
struggling to care for an ever growing number of cats and kittens. These cats and kittens, ranging
from 15 weeks to 2 years old, are incredibly friendly and well socialized despite their challenging
start in life. With limited resources and mounting veterinary bills, the family did their best to provide
food, shelter, and medical care for the cats, but it became overwhelming. Recognizing the need for
help, they reached out to local rescues, and that’s when Pet Patrol stepped in. Kit and her siblings
were among the first to be brought to safety. Now safe in Pet Patrol’s care, they are on the path to
finding loving homes where they will no longer have to endure concrete floors and work benches or
live in uncertainty. Their story is a reminder of the importance of spaying and neutering and how a
little compassion can change lives. Kit and her siblings are now ready to begin a new chapter, one
filled with love and security.

Personality:

Kit is the most precious little chatterbox, always chirping to herself as she goes about her day,
letting everyone know exactly what she’s up to. Her sweet little voice is impossible to resist, making
her presence known in the most endearing way. Playful and full of life, Kit is happy to entertain
herself but is at her happiest when her siblings join in the fun. She would thrive in a home with other
kittens to keep her company. Fearless and confident, she greets new people with curiosity, walking
right up to introduce herself and soak up all the attention. She adores pets and has no problem
being picked up and carried around like the baby she is. Kit is ready to be adopted into her forever
home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
