Rescue:
Pet Patrol was approached by a woman who had done cat rescue many years ago. In
order to accommodate the cats, she moved to a home in a smaller village where the cat
overpopulation problem continues. Now retired from the business she is helping other
people rescue cats but not taking so many herself. She has come across a property where
the barn was torn down and the farmland is going to be re-purposed for a subdivision. This
is not an uncommon thing and what tends to happen is the cats migrate into the closest
neighbourhood for shelter and hopefully for food. One kind woman has been feeding these
cats but she has not been able to do much for more for them due to finances and health
issues. Our retired rescuer is in the process of helping get the feral cats fixed and the
friendly cats into other rescues to be adopted into forever homes. This is the case for all
five of the B kittens: Bobby Sox, Beans, Betty, Blanche and Bender.
Personality:
Bobby Sox is very sweet and affectionate boy. He loves to climb up onto chests so he can
snuggle in and he purrs deeply with contentment. Movie time and bedtime are his best
opportunities to be with his people, where he can fall into a wonderful sleep. He is chatty
at times, when he is looking for his people, and overall a pretty relaxed kitten but he is
active and likes to play with his siblings. He is pretty good at entertaining himself sometimes too. Bobby Sox ready to be adopted into his forever home with a sibling or playmate
in the house. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
