Rescue:
A woman sent an email to Pet Patrol explaining her situation and that sadly, she had come to
the decision of re homing her cat. You could hear her crying through the words that she wrote.
She was in a situation where she had already had to re home one family cat and their dog and
she had hoped to be able to keep Momoon in her care, especially since she was expecting
her second litter. But she said “I had to think of my children first and make their life safe.” It
seems the marriage had dissolved and finances were extremely tight as well. Momoon came
into Pet Patrol care extremely pregnant and within a week gave birth to seven kittens. She had
never been vaccinated or seen by vet but is now in the safe care of Pet Patrol, spayed, vaccinated
and micro chipped. We were told that she is a Bengal cross.
Personality:
This gorgeous girl is a wonderful family cat. She enjoys looking out a sunny window at the
birds/squirrels and basking in the warmth, watching the world outside. She readily greets you
when you come home and loves to be pet, and if you stop before she is ready she will follow
you for more. Momoon is good company while you read a book or work from your laptop, and
movie night is another invitation to snuggle with her people. As a playful cat she likes to run
around after wand toys, balls that crinkle and is interested in anything new. In her foster home
she has been introduced to the passive resident dog and is fine with gentle cats as well.
Momoon is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the
family and keep her safely indoors
