Rescue:
Kirby’s mother little Miss Kitty was a stray all her life, although she appeared to be friendly to
people she trusted. It is not unusual for a cat living on the street, whether born out there or
abandoned by people, to be wary. They have to sleep with one eye open, are always hungry
and always tired from looking for food and shelter all day. They are blessed to have people
who will feed them so they can gain their strength, and eventually show their appreciation.
Miss Kitty had already had a litter of kittens in the spring, and because she could not be rescued
at that time, she became pregnant again. She had five lovely kittens, KiKi Rose, Karli,
Kermit, Kirby and Kurt in the house of her rescuer. She was so very grateful.
Personality:
The kittens have all been raised with love and attention. They are the lucky ones who have
never had to feel dirt under their feet, be wet and cold or fear for their life. They have been well
socialized and if they are not playing they are all cuddled up together in the cat tree or favourite
bed. While they all entertain themselves happily we have a very bonded group of kittens on
our hands and would like for them to be adopted with a sibling or with a playmate int heir new
home. Kirby is a fluffy bundle of joy. His long orange fur and blue eyes makes him stand out!
He gets along with everyone and joins in on all the cat games, but also keeps himself quite
busy finding new ways to climb and play with toys. Kirby is ready to be adopted into his forever
home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
