Rescue:
Pretty little Mango came in to Pet Patrol care unexpectedly. A man and his family had found her
as a stray and welcomed her into the family, made sure that she was spayed and received her
initial vaccinations. A few years later, they decided to move. They were not happy with the
restrictions with Covid, and were not ones to go with the general public recommendations.
Pet Patrol only received a few days notice before they were about to move out of the country,
and they had left messages for us at the local pet food store, etc. At the time Pet Patrol was
not sure if we were going to be able accommodate them because we had a waiting list of
kittens needing to be rescued from off the street. Room was made for them and Kiki and her
housemate Mango settled in very easily at the sanctuary.
Personality:
Mango was a much loved cat, is very sweet, intelligent and can figure things out quickly. She
comes when you call her, greets you at the door and cuddles up on the couch. She prefers
older children, in their teens, and adults. Attention is very welcomed, she likes to be brushed
(she has the softest fur), and knows that she is a pretty girl. Mango is ready to be adopted into
a forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors
