Audra

Rescue:

Told by her rescuer: We didn’t know this sweet little Siamese-Cross girl existed in the barn
until about four weeks into her life. We found her brother in a hay wagon, using his strong
vocal skills to be found. Unaware there was another kitten in the litter, we were surprised
and delighted to find her. When she made her first appearance, she was small and
scared. Her gorgeous coat made her standout and her adorable round face is the epitome
of cute. Making it a priority to see Audra survive and thrive we worked to socialize and
befriend her. Anyone could see that a sweet little girl was inside of her. It was decided she
would be better fit for a house cat, as opposed to her rough and tumble companions in the
barn. Slowly but surely, she became less timid. Tempting her with wet food and safe cuddles, she soon learned that we wanted to care for her. By the time she was around four
months old, she really started to come into herself. After her snacks she would have a little
play and then be quite content sitting in your lap, or inside your coat. She loves to shove
her little head into your arm. Her playful personality started to show itself as time went by,
but her desire to be close to you never faded. Her strong will to survive makes her a special cat and with a burgeoning personality, the future is bright for Audra.

Personality:

Audra is an amazing little cat who would do best in an adult home and just one other pet.
She is brave to a degree, can be picked up and cuddled but given the chance to run and
play, she will take it. Audra enjoys her toys, the kitty tunnel and anything she can chase
after. A beautiful girl inside and out. Audra is ready to be adopted into her forever home.
One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
