Rescue:

Cash and his feline family came from a house that is very old, very rural, and extremely rundown.
A man lives there on his own and it looks like he has been there for many years. He
doesn’t seem to be very handy as everything is in poor shape. floors are worn and have holes
in them, nothing has been moved in many years and probably nothing cleaned in 40 years. It
was pretty disgusting. An ad was put on social media because he felt it was time to find homes
for some of the cats. He had raised them to be loving cats, very social and accepting of new
environments. But he had just too many for his liking. Previously three cats had been rehomed
and when Pet Patrol arrived it was obvious the environment was not healthy for either himself
or the cats. Expecting he would only give two cats we were lucky enough to get three and
after that more. Cash arrived in our care with a badly damaged right eye which has since been
surgically removed, and he is now painfree and very happy go lucky. All these cats are wonderful
and loving, deserving of a much better life.

Personality:

Cash is a beautiful cat and so very comfortable in his own skin now. He is no longer dirty, itchy
or unhappy. It has been wonderful to watch him develop into a healthy cat, explore his new
environment and to play with toys. Something he has not ever had before. He is an easy cat to
pick up and carry around, is good with other kitties as well. Cash is loving the window view of
the outside with no interest in going anywhere, is good company and happy to be rescued. He
is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and
keep him safely indoors
