Rescue:

As told by his rescuer: “Theo started coming around at the beginning of February. We have a
lot of rented homes in our area, so it is not uncommon to see new cats out and about. We
always put out food for them just in case. Once Theo realized this, his visits became daily and
almost timed. He would show up and soon started crying until he got not only food, but some
human company as well. Some days it seemed he craved it more than the food; coming for
cuddles before eating. During these cuddle sessions, we were able to examine him more
closely. Lots of scabs under the fur, a skinned toe, smelling like an auto garage (we have a few
in the area) and super big jowls, most likely meaning unfixed. Realizing he may need some
medical help, and just wanted some love, he was quickly scooped up into a carrier and
brought into Pet Patrol. Not a sound of protest, knowing he was on his way to a better place,
where he can find his forever family to give him the love and pets he deserves.”

Personality:

Theodore is adorable. With his big tom cat jowls and brilliant green eyes he is like a big
teddy bear with a matching personality. In a moment, as soon as you sit down, this compact
kitty is on your lap. He will kneed your leg or tummy and then curl up in the tightest ball of
brown tabby love ever known. You can’t help but wrap your arms around him and pull him
closer. Such a sweet natured boy, he has never hissed or growled at anyone, just showing
love and affection to anyone interested. Theodore is ready to be adopted into his forever
home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
