Rescue:

Paris has traveled far in her life. She started off in western Canada and was part of a
family home, we are told. She endured a three day car ride, which meant driving day and
night, but being in the safety of a cat carrier. From there, she was not allowed in the house
and she lived her first three months in Ontario in a garage. How sad. In the summer she
scooted out one night and camped out over night with a couple of tom cats and eight weeks
later produced a litter of three kittens. She was very attentive to them. Paris didn’t trust
people much in the beginning and would stand her ground when she felt scared or uncomfortable.
But with some time and patience, she has become a much happier cat. Her
owner was now moving and was not able to take Paris and her remaining kitten Pepito with
her. They then came into Pet Patrol care to find their forever homes.

Personality:

Paris is at her most affectionate in the evening when she will flop up against her care givers,
pushing her head into their hands for petting and a good ear rub. She will also take up a
spot under the covers and purrs deeply with content. Daytime? She will play vigorously,
stare at the squirrels & birds, doze a little, but is too busy for petting. At the same time she
will follow her people from room to room, keeping them company. Paris is ready to be
adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her
safely indoors.
