Try not to let your cat steal a sip of your adult beverage, as alcohol is extremely dangerous for them to consume. It can be fatal.

3. Grapes & Raisins
These seemingly innocuous foods are very poisonous and can lead to kidney failure.

4. Raw Meat
Just like with humans, consuming raw meat comes with a huge risk of foodborne illness in cats..

5. Raw Eggs
While a very small amount of cooked eggs sometimes is fed to cats to help with coat issues, raw eggs can cause salmonella and major deficiencies in vitamin B biotin.

6. Onions & Garlic
These vegetables contain thiosulfate. In cats, this sulfurous chemical damages a cat’s red blood cells.

7. Chocolate
Cats and dogs share the same sensitivity to chocolate, which can cause dangerous cardiac issues and seizures. 

8. Caffeine
A lot of cats are known coffee thieves. However, caffeine can trigger rapid heart rate and injury-inducing hyperactivity. 

9. Liver
In large amounts, liver from any animal can cause vitamin A toxicity.

10. Bones
Bones can splinter. Even the smallest pieces are choking hazards or capable of causing internal injuries.
