Rescue:

It was only by chance that Aries was saved. In the middle of a wide, desolate field, a man was
flipping hay with a powerful tractor attachment when the weather abruptly shifted. As he stepped
down to wait out the rain, a tiny black and white
kitten came running toward him from the grass.
Then, as he looked up, three more appeared—two more tuxedos and a brown tabby—nervous but
alive. If the rain hadn’t stopped him, if he hadn’t looked down, they would have been tragically
caught in the machinery. Without hesitation, he gathered them up, brought them into his home, and
immediately took them to the local vet. The kittens were sick and in rough shape, but he paid for
their exam and medication, determined to give them a second chance. Once stable, the clinic
reached out to a kindhearted
woman running a small local rescue, who cared for them until they
were well enough to transfer into Pet Patrol’s care. Thanks to a storm, a stranger’s compassion,
and a circle of kindness, these kittens are now safe, thriving, and ready for their next chapter.

Personality:

Aries might seem a little shy, but after a short time to settle in, he shines as the gentle and highly
affectionate friend that he is. One of Aries’s favourite things is running over to greet you the moment
you walk into the room, then flopping down beside you where he wants to stick like glue. His soft
purrs and sweet eye contact let you know that he is so happy to finally have someone to love. He’s
usually very happy to sit in a lap or be picked up. While not related to his “siblings,” (and just a few
weeks older than them), the other kittens look to him as their mommy. Aries goes right along with it.
He purrs to the other babies while they nuzzle him and he does his best to take care of each of
them. Aries is the perfect mix of sweet and playful, gentle and goofy, preferring to run amok with his
siblings over playing with toys. Always part of the kitten group, he should definitely go to a home
along with one of his litter mates or another similar aged kitten. Aries is ready to be adopted into his
forever home. One that will welcome into the family and keep him safely indoors.
