Rescue:

Twirl came to Pet Patrol through a caring individual who was contacted by a friend with a horse
barn. The barn’s resident cat had given birth once again, and while the friend had managed to find
homes for the two male kittens, she was determined not to send the two females to another barn
where they could continue the cycle of reproduction. The kittens had been kept safe in a small dog
crate inside the barn, with food and water provided daily, but the situation was not ideal—especially
during the hot summer weather. The barn owner, recognizing the need for change, has since made
arrangements to have the mother cat spayed. Thanks to the quick action of a concerned friend, the
two female kittens were brought into Pet Patrol’s care, where they are now thriving in a safe and
loving environment.

sunny window, quietly watching the birds and the world go by. She has a calm, gentle nature and
would make a perfect companion for anyone looking for a loving little shadow. Twirl would love to
be adopted with her sister Twyla, who she gets along with beautifully. They make a sweet little duo,
