Rescue:

Mau was found in a woodshed, calmly caring for her newborn kittens in a nest of pink insulation. A
man was drawn in by the cry of a kitten that had fallen deep into the insulation—too far for Mau to
reach. He gently rescued the baby and offered Mau a soft, safe carrier tucked into her chosen spot.
She accepted it right away, purring and settling in with her babies. Living near farmland and a
neighbouring barn with dozens of cats, Mau had clearly been seeking a quiet, safe space to give
birth. From the start, she was sweet, friendly, and trusting—just a loving mama looking for help.
Now in Pet Patrol’s care, Mau and her kittens are safe, warm, and ready for brighter days ahead.

Personality:

Miso is the sweet, serene heart of the litter. With her gentle eyes and ewok like charm, she prefers
belly rubs to roughhousing and cuddles to chaos; though she’s perfectly content napping as her
siblings whirl around her. Originally the shyest of the group, she’s now often the first to come in for
a snuggle or nap beside her foster family. Miso is a quiet, affectionate kitten who would love a calm
home to call her own, possibly with another gentle cat to share her peaceful vibe. Miso is ready to
be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely
indoors.
