Rescue:
Fawn and her kitten Fable came into Pet Patrol’s care under urgent circumstances. A woman who
runs a small cat rescue in a rural town reached out for help. Years earlier, she had assisted an
elderly woman living alone in reducing a large colony of cats on her property. Known for feeding
any animal in need, the kindhearted
woman had unintentionally created a safe haven for strays,
but without spaying or neutering, the population began to grow again. Fawn, visibly pregnant, was
about to be brought into Pet Patrol care when she delivered her first kitten. Despite our request to
allow her 24 hours to safely deliver in a quiet place, Fawn arrived at the sanctuary shortly after, still
in labour. Sadly, her second kitten did not survive, but one tiny miracle did, Fable. Since that day,
both Fawn and her baby have thrived. They settled quickly into their foster home, receiving love,
warmth, and care. Fawn has proven to be a wonderful, nurturing mother, and little Fable has grown
into a playful, happy kitten. Together, they are ready for the next chapter in their lives.
Personality:
Meet Fawn — a truly special girl with a heart as big as her personality! This sweet and resilient
mama poured all her love into raising her only surviving baby, and now that her little one is ready to
find a home of their own, Fawn is ready for her next chapter , one where she gets to be the one
cherished and adored. With her striking looks, Fawn is impossible to forget. One of her eyes
sparkles like crystal, giving her a unique appearance — but it doesn’t slow her down one bit! Fawn
is full of curiosity, confidence, and playful energy. She’s the first to greet you at the door, eager for
belly rubs and attention, always weaving through your legs and chatting away. She’s affectionate,
social, and endlessly entertaining — whether she’s chasing a toy, climbing into your lap for a nap,
or sharing her opinions with a cheerful meow. Fawn is looking for a forever home where she’ll be
the center of someone’s world. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely
indoors.
