Rescue:

Sometimes, all it takes is one email. “So are you guys taking cats?” the message read. When we
replied, the man explained that he had brought his cat in to be spayed, only to find out she was
already pregnant. Eventually she gave birth to six kittens, and he did his best to find good homes
for four. With two still needing help, he reached out to Pet Patrol. The kittens were just eight weeks
old; eating solid food, friendly, and playful. It was clear they’d been given a loving start. The man
truly cared for them and just wanted to ensure they ended up in safe, happy homes. As luck would
have it, one of our volunteers was heading up to Muskoka for the weekend and offered to bring the
kittens back. The man was incredibly grateful, and the kittens made the journey safely into our care.

Personality:

William and Wonka are the ultimate brother duo, playful, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining.
These two adorable boys have been lovingly raised in a home, which means they’re used to being
picked up, cradled like babies, and doted on by everyone around them. Curious and confident, they
embrace new spaces with wide-eyed
wonder and race through rooms in games of tag, only to curl
up together in a warm pile of purring fluff when it’s time to nap. They’re bonded not just by birth, but
by their sweet personalities and constant companionship. William is the bold adventurer; Wonka is
the thoughtful observer, but together, they’re perfectly balanced. They bring out the best in each
other and would be happiest staying side by side. These loving boys are looking for a forever home
that can offer double the fun, double the snuggles, and all the love two kittens could dream of. One
that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
