Rescue:

Pablo’s mother was named Pia and before coming into our care she had been living on the
streets and was lucky enough to find a family to feed her. She would come to the same
house every day, lay on the porch and sun herself. She was fed, had a cat shelter and
people who pet her and greeted her with smiles. Since she was not spayed she had a litter
of little grey kittens at the nearby mill and was pretty smart in protecting them from predators.
The opening to her den was under a set of stairs, just big enough for her to get
through and it went in deep and farther than the eye could see. She had two kittens and
they were rescued first, and then Pia came in. By now she was heavily pregnant again and
this time she need not worry about protecting her new litter from predators. She gave birth
to five healthy little kittens under the protective care of one of our foster homes and all have
thrived and now ready for adoption.

Personality:

Pablo is a goofy little boy who loves belly and forehead rubs just like his mom. He is very
playful and enjoys starting wrestling matches with his siblings, all part of the WWF (World
Feline Wrestling). He is a great cuddler and likes to be held but will explore independently
when he gets the chance. He is part of the gang when it comes to racing around the room in
a game of chase with his siblings and diving into the kitty tunnel, only to bound out of it again
and keep running. Pablo is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome
him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
