Rescue:
Jenga’s arrival at Pet Patrol marks the start of a much brighter chapter in his life. This resilient stray
wandered onto a kind person’s porch, clearly in need of help. His tough life on the streets had taken
a toll—he was bleeding from scratching desperately from ear mites, had a injured eye, and looked
rough from his struggles. Despite his condition, Jenga showed a spark of determination. With
steady meals and compassionate care, he began to recover and show signs of improvement.
Though still a bit shy around people, Jenga’s gentle nature is shining through, and he’s learning to
trust. This handsome grey boy is now ready to leave his hardships behind and find a loving indoor
home where he can continue to heal and thrive. He would love to be welcomed into a family and
kept safely indoors.
Personality:
Jenga is an observant, yet friendly boy. He is interested in a calm and easygoing home without
children (though he may do well with a teenager). As long as he’s given positive attention and
there’s no spooky loud noises or heavy activity, Jenga will settle in quite nicely. He’s a big fan of
midday naps on the couch and bedtime cuddles with his humans. He’s come quite a long way since
first being rescued, as he was unsure of what humans intended for him. Thankfully, once you gain
his trust, he will show you just how much love he has to give. Jenga is ready to be adopted into his
forever home, one that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
