Pandora

Rescue:

Pandora’s start to life was horrible. A woman had heard about a family who had a number of cats in
their home with kittens to give away. It was not a nice home, dysfunctional and accurately
described as a hoarders home in ill repair. There are years of grim on the doors and walls where
hands had touched, floors were filthy with faeces and dirt. There were only pathways through the
home and on either side was stuff, garbage, things piled and left to sit for ages. The litter box was
never cleaned. They would put the kittens in a carrier overnight so that they would not run around
and wake them up. But let’s think about this if the house is in deplorable shape, that carrier was
not cleaned either, and the kittens sat in their own faeces and urine every night. This created
horrendous sores on their bellies and feet. Reports have been made to try and clear up the
situation but help is slow. We are very happy to have rescued many cats and this sweet girl from
that home and all have recovered from their injuries.

Personality:

Pandora is a cuddle champion who adores being held and snuggled. If you’re looking for a kitten
who will curl up in your lap for full body pets, she’s your girl! But what makes her extra special? She
loves being upside down—whether draped over your legs or cradled in your arms like a little bat.
She’s also the bravest of her litter, always the first to explore new places. When she met the family
dog, she didn’t hesitate—she marched right up without a care in the world! Her confidence and
curiosity make her an absolute joy to have around. Pandora is a high energy, playful girl who loves
anything that moves. She’ll chase, pounce, and wrestle with her sisters at every opportunity,
keeping everyone entertained with her antics. But once playtime is over, she’s right back to seeking
out cuddles and soaking up all the love she can get. Pandora is ready to be adopted into her
forever home—one that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
