Eden

Rescue:

A woman in a rural area grew concerned when a small orange cat kept appearing at her door,
desperately trying to get inside. This was Eden—friendly, but clearly lost and in need of help. After
checking with neighbors, she learned that Eden had been wandering the area for weeks, going
door to door in search of food. Where she found shelter in the heavy snow was a mystery, but one
thing was certain—she didn’t belong outside. Wanting to keep her safe, the woman brought Eden
into her bathroom, offering her warmth and security. However, with cats of her own, she worried
about how they would all get along. With no owner coming forward and a small rescue in the area
already full, Pet Patrol was contacted, and Eden soon came into our care. Now safe, warm, and
loved, Eden is ready to leave behind the uncertainty of her past and find a forever home where she
will never have to search for food or shelter again.

Personality:

Eden has been a sweet natured cat from the very beginning. An original owner has never been
found and it is presumed she was abandoned. She is an exceptional cat and can be pet, picked up
and cuddled. She loves the attention and in return will purr deeply and give you such nice kitty
smiles to melt your heart. Eden has begun to explore toys and is having a great time discovering
catnip mice and the kitty tunnel. She loves viewing the room and world outside from the high
perches of a cat tree. She is not too keen with other cats at the sanctuary but loves new people.
Eden is ready to be adopted into her forever home one that will welcome her into the family and
keep her safely indoors.
