Rescue:
Pet Patrol received an email from a woman who is quite concerned about a pretty little longhaired tortoiseshell cat who was quite pregnant. This was Fantasia and when she first arrived
it was early in the morning, the dew was still on the grass and she was wanting attention and
affection. The woman’s daughter was standing at the end of the lane waiting for the school bus
to pick her up and the weather was cool and damp. She noticed this petite cat because she
looked so lost and hungry. The girl’s mother came out and picked up the cat and brought her
into their garage to make sure that she was safe. After about a week of successful eating and
making herself comfortable, the woman realized that Fantasia’s belly was expanding and she was
probably pregnant. The family had contemplated keeping her, but not now that there were
kittens expected. They needed to find a place for her and eventually they found Pet Patrol.
Personality:
Fox is one of five kittens (Fergie, Freya, Ferdinand, Freya) and has the most beautiful striking orange tabby markings. This cute boy is very fluffy, can be shy at first but once he warms up there is nothing that can stop him. He loves to play Hide and Pounce with his siblings and has been known to keep them on their toes. He loves to chase balls and toys around and will play for hours with his favourite toys. Fox is a sweetheart and has enjoyed all the attention being the only orange cat out of the litter can bring. He loves kids and will go limp in their arms as he is carried about. Fox is ready to be adopted with one of his siblings or a play mate into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
